All competitions will be held at Kowloon Park Sports Centre (22 Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong). Teams will be notified with the official training schedule in due course. |

▌Team Manager Meeting |
Two Team Managers' Meeting will be held on 15 August at 16:00 and 17 August at 21:00 in the meeting room on the 26/F of the Official Hotel. |
▌Meals |
Meals will be served from dinner of 14 August until breakfast of 22 August. Meals coupons will be provided to the participants upon check-in. Meals will only be redeemed with relevant meals coupon. All breakfast and dinner will be taken place at the Official Hotel. Packed lunch will be served throughout the Championships period. Meals schedule and locations are listed below. ▌Social Programme |
A Gala Dinner will be held on Friday, 21 August at 19:00 at the Ball Room of the Official Hotel. All participants are cordially invited. Dress code will be either team uniform or smart causal. Hong Kong Disneyland Resort and Ocean Park has sponsored complimentary passes to all participants of the Championships. Registration must be made before 18 August to the Liaison Officer designated to your team. |
▌Transportation |
Shuttle service between the Official Hotel and Kowloon Park Sports Centre will be run throughout the Championships period. Time table will be posted at the lobby of the Official Hotel. Departure transfer to the airport or port of entry will be provided. Relevant request form will be given to the participants prior to the departure. University Station is the closest train station to the city and it is within walking distance from the Official Hotel. Teams who wish to have transportation for other purpose can contact the Liaison Officer designated for your team for rental arrangement. |
▌Prize Presentation |
The top 3 ranks in the individual and team competitions will be presented with medals respectively. Medals presentation for individual events will be held at the venue immediately after the Finals. Medals for Team and Pair events will be presented at the Gala Dinner together with The Hong Kong Jockey Club Outstanding Novice Trophy (Overseas/local). |
▌Doping Control |
The CPISRA Doping Control requirement and procedure are applied. Details will be announced at the Team Manager meeting. CPISRA Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) forms have been sent to all Teams for appropriate action. Contact the Secretariat if clarification is required. |
▌Classification |
Classification is taken place on 14 and 15 August at Room 2318 of the Official Hotel. Participants who required classification are requested to bring along relevant document with them according to the assigned schedule. Time table will be posted in due course. |
▌Medical Support |
First aid service will be provided by the St. John Ambulance at the competition venue. Physiotherapy support will also be provided at the Press Room 1 of the swimming pool area. Teams are reminded to secure medical and accident insurance for their members before departure. |
▌Wheelchair Repair |
Wheelchair repair service will be available at the venue. The expenses of wheelchair parts will be at user own cost. |
